For Postgraduate Courses

Eligibility:
Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university. Those who have appeared for final year degree examination and waiting for result can also apply.

• Prospectus and application form is available for postgraduate courses on payment of Rs.100 from the campus. Prospectus and Application Form may also be obtained by post, from the Office of the Director, Karnavati Education, by sending a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 120/-, in favour of  Karnavati Education, payable at Ahmedabad.
• Candidate seeking admission should submit Filled in Application Form along with Original Market Sheets and one set of Photo copies, duly attested by Gazetted Officer, to the Karnavati Education.
• If the student is found eligible and documents submitted are found suitable on verification, the institute will intimate students about their selection for admission through SMS and letter.

For Undergraduate and Integrated Courses

Eligibility:
Applicants should have passed Gujarat HSC (12th Std.) or CBSE or ISC or equivalent examination in General (Commerce) or Science Stream with English as a subject and one of the following subjects: Statistics/Elements of Accountancy/Elements of Book keeping/ Mathematics/Biology/Physics/Chemistry.

Seat Allocation:
20% seats are reserved for Science stream students.5% seats are reserved for CBSE/ISC /Other equivalent Board students. Remaining seats are allocated for general stream students.

• Admission will be based strictly on merit, based on theory marks. Students would be selected as per the choices filled in the application form.
• Applicants can check their admission status on www.karnavatiedu.org .
• Last date of submission of application form along with requisite documents is 5th June.
• First merit list would be announced on 8th June. Students selected in the first merit must pay the fees from 8th June- 10th June.
• Second Merit list would be announced on 12th June. Students selected in the second merit must pay the fees from 12th June – 16th June.
• Students who are not selected in their first choice of course would be automatically selected (only on merit) on the next choice of course as filled in the application form.
• Third merit list would be announced only if required.
